Para mim as características principais para um espectáculo de Pole Dance de qualidade passa por ver coreografias bem ligadas, com elementos acrobáticos e de dança fluidos, as linhas do corpo bem delineadas, um corpo que demonstra controlo, preparação e horas de trabalho, as intenções de movimento ligadas com as emoções que se pretende expressar, e especialmente a comunicação entre o artista e o público - que é a finalidade de qualquer espectáculo! A minha formação académica e experiência profissional são precisamente na àrea de espectáculo em dança. Aplico agora os meus conhecimentos neste workshop único e inovador e pela primeira vez em Portugal dedicado ao lado artístico do Pole Dance. É indicado para alunos e instrutores de Pole Dance que queiram aprender ou aprofundar os seus conhecimentos na àrea de espectáculo. O Workshop é intensivo e tem duas componentes: Das 14h às 15h30 - Contemporary Pole Flow e das 15h45 às 17h45 - Pole Art - For the Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. CONTEMPORARY POLE FLOW - Este workshop consiste em transições e combinações de movimentos na linguagem da dança contemporânea "Release Technique" em conexão com o Pole. POLE ART - For the Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. Este workshop pretende desenvolver a criatividade, expressar diversas emoções, trabalhar a musicalidade e a expressividade do movimento utilizando diversos exercicios de postura do corpo, presença e técnicas de palco. My academic background and professional experience are precisely in the area of Dance Performance. Now I apply my knowledge in this unique and innovative workshop for the first time in Portugal dedicated to the artistic side of the Pole Dance. It is suitable for students and Pole Dance instructors who want to learn or improve their knowledge in the Performance area. The workshop is intensive and has two components: From 2pm to 3.30pm - Contemporary Pole Flow and 3:45pm to 5:45pm - Pole Art - For the Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. CONTEMPORARY POLE FLOW - This workshop consists of transitions and combinations of movements in contemporary dance language "Release Technique" in connection with the Pole. POLE ART - For the Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. This workshop aims to develop creativity, express various emotions, work musicality and expressiveness of movement using various body posture exercises, presence and stage techniques. By the simple fact that Dance and Pole Dance are part of my life and profession is inevitable that my nieces ask me to dance, to teach them dance steps, some acrobatics tricks like handstands, bridge, splits and the Pole Dance is no exception! It has become natural that when they visit me they always run for the pole! And they spin, they dance, they laugh... they spin, they dance, they laugh... because the fun and the body expression is the main function! Pure play without any sexual content applied. Pole Kids is a fun, artistic genre and sport that intends through aerial acrobatics to increase the physical and mental dexterity, develop body awareness and the creativity of the little ones! This workshop is divided into two groups, from 5 to 7 years old and from 8 to 11 years old. The workshop have the sponsorship of Miss23 pole mattresses, which are suitable for the safe practice of Pole and are manufactured in Portugal! After this workshop I am sure the playgrounds poles will make much more sense with new tricks and moves to add more fun! |
