É com grande prazer que vos apresento o meu GRANDE projecto - o estúdio POLE HEART.

O POLE HEART STUDIO é o culminar de 14 anos de experiência a trabalhar para diversos estúdios e escolas de dança e lidar com os seus directores e professores.

Após diversos anos de altos e baixos, de grande entrega de corpo, alma e coração à causa de outros, de ajudar a desenvolver os sonhos de outros directores, de ajudar outros colegas, a vida encarregou-se de forma dura e crua de me fazer procurar novas formas de desenvolver o trabalho que tenho vindo a fazer nos últimos anos. É o descobrir de uma missão que carrego nesta vida, o início de mais um aventura com maior maturidade e crescimento e certamente com muitos frutos para dar.

É comum ouvir relatos de que o Pole Dance mudou vidas e definitivamente mudou também a minha. Quem diria que iria apaixonar-me por esta forma de arte após assistir à performance da talentosa Felix Cane no youtube em 2007. O que de início serviu de escape do meu trabalho como bailarina, professora e coreografa de Dança Contemporânea e Dança Oriental tornou-se o meu actual trabalho!

O motivo principal para a criação deste projecto deve-se à vontade de desenvolver um projecto dedicado a tempo inteiro ao Pole Dance em Lisboa com o propósito de oferecer aos alunos mais e maior diversidade nesta área em Portugal. A necessidade de partilhar os meus conhecimentos técnicos e artísticos e um espaço para a aprendizagem contínua, de treinos e ensaios.

Agradeço do fundo do coração a todos os que me motivaram, aos meus fiéis alunos e família pelo apoio e à vida que tem formas estranhas e dolorosas de nos recolocar no nosso próprio caminho.

O objectivo deste estúdio é dar-vos mais e em partilha! A vida é mais divertida quando partilhamos e crescemos juntos!

It is with great pleasure that I present to you my GREAT project - the POLE HEART STUDIO.

The POLE HEART STUDIO is the culmination of 14 years of experience working for various studios and dance schools and dealing with their directors and teachers.

After several years of ups and downs, giving my whole body, soul and heart to the cause of others, to help develop the dreams of other directors, to help other colleagues, life took care of showing me in an hard way to look for new ways of developing the work I have been doing in recent years. It is the discovery of a mission that I carry in this life, the beginning of another adventure with greater maturity and growth and certainly with many fruits to give.

It is common to hear reports that the Pole Dance changed lives and definitely changed mine as well. Who would say that I would fall in love with this art form after watching the performance of the talented Felix Cane on YouTube in 2007? What initially served as an escape from my work as a dancer, teacher and choreographer of Contemporary Dance and Oriental Dance became my current job!

The main reason for the creation of this project is due to the desire to develop a project dedicated full time to Pole Dance in Lisbon with the purpose of offering students more and greater diversity in this area in Portugal. The need to share my technical and artistic knowledge and a space for continuous learning, training and rehearsals.

I give my heartfelt thanks to all who have motivated me, to my faithful students and family for support and to life that has strange and painful ways of getting us back on our own path.

The aim of this studio is to give you more and in sharing! Life is more fun when we share and grow together!
